Many times, basic or high-tech testing is necessary to thoroughly evaluate a patient, but we believe that too often these tests are used in place of a physician’s time, careful listening and caring. Dr. Hanna graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, and his Medical Degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed both his Residency in Internal Medicine, and his Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Shanahan graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathix Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science at Pennsylvania State University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St. Luke's Hospital and his Cardiology Fellowship at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, American Osteopathic Board of Cardiology, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is also certivied by the International Board of Heart Rhythm and the Society of Cardiac CT.
