At Chesapeake Neurology Associates, we offer complete specialty services to treat sleep disorders in adults and children, including sleep apnea, fatigue, restless leg syndrome, chronic insomnia, and narcolepsy. The ADD Clinic at Chesapeake Neurology provides
Neurofeedback; Psychological Assessments and Treatment Plans; Family Education; Liaison Consultations with Educators; Detailed Neurologic Evaluations; EEG and Neurophysiologic Testing; Medication Review and Consultation; Treatment Plans for Home and School Environment.
Neurofeedback is considered a form of biofeedback training. The term biofeedback refers to treatment or training that involves allowing the individual to become consciously aware of body functions of which they are normally not aware. The individual is then taught how to control these functions.
