January of 2010, 84 year old Stan Chilton sold his namesake business to Chris Simons, a former employee and business entrepreneur. Chris owned his own lawn care business and began working for Chilton Billiards doing deliveries and installations while he was in college. Simons eventually spun off his own business, 8 Ball Billiards Service, doing recovers and other maintenance work on pool tables-many of which were referred to him by Chilton Billiards. A true entrepreneur, Simons began buying residential properties when he was 20 years old. Today, he has built a very successful business buying residential rental properties.
We sell cloth from Mali & Company (1826) and Iwan Simonis (1680). They are two of the oldest and most respected manufacturers of billiard cloth in the industry. We have standard, Teflon, and professional grades of cloth available in assorted colors.
