Chula Vista Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center has a goal of providing optimum care in a gentle and comfortable environment. We are committed to meet each patient's immediate need by decreasing discomfort, enhancing education, and promoting excellent oral health.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Tillner manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Tillner practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.

The surgical staff at Chula Vista Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation and surgery. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR and ACLS certified.

Chula Vista Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM until 2:00 PM. Evening and Saturday hours are available with request. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
