Laboratory services are offered around-the-clock, 365 days a year. And because 99 percent of the testing is conducted in-house, we provide the fastest turnaround in the area. In fact, your physician will typically receive the results within 24 hours and can access them electronically 24/7.

For your convenience, collection centers with flexible hours are located throughout Citrus County and in Dunnellon for laboratory field services.

Whether your physician has ordered routine blood work or a specialized study, the Laboratory Services department offers a full complement of services with oversight by our Medical Director, who is board-certified by the College of American Pathologists.

As a full-service clinical laboratory and laboratory management service, we provide clinical services in:

Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Immunohematology (Blood Bank), Immunology/Serology, Microbiology .

We also provide Anatomical Pathology services, which include:

Cytopathology (GYN & Non-GYN), Anatomic Pathology, including Immunohistochemistry.
