The mission of District Services is to provide a full range of support in assigned functional areas that will enable our schools to provide the best possible educational opportunities for the children of our community.

Instructional Services and School Performance supports teaching and learning through collaboration, service, and leadership.

Within Instructional Services and School Performance, there are several departments. From vocational education to services for Spanish speakers to developing rigorous curricula that supports a diverse student population, this department supports what the Clarke County School District is all about: learning!

Our mission is to prepare our students to be productive members of society by providing a challenging and meaningful education.

The Clarke County School District believes that in order for students to achieve optimum learning, they must first feel safe and secure. We maintain an environment that mandates zero tolerance for weapons. We strive to maintain schools free of all forms of intimidation, bullying, and harassment. We help every child to feel accepted and secure so that learning is the focus of each day.
