Clearwater Management started 18 years ago as a commercial pool management company. It has grown over the years through its number of employees and its number of clients. We have expanded our horizons into residential pool management as of 8 years ago and have had much success in both residential and commercial pool management/maintenance.

In May of 2009, Clearwater expanded again by opening a retail pool and spa store in Bel Air. We carry a full line of pool and spa chemicals including chemicals to take care of problems. The store is filled with all of the latest and up to date filters, pumps, heaters, and pool cleaners. Kids will enjoy the wide variety of inflatable toys, floats, swim gear. All pool and spa customers can come in and have their water tested with the most state of the art computerized water testing station.

The company is staffed by qualified employees who have the same goal to provide pool owners with a clean clear pool and a lasting relationship with their pool company.

We offer services including chemical maintenance, lifeguard training/staffing, maintenance and repair, and everything for your commercial or residential pool needs.

The day-to-day operations are supervised by our President Jason Bulluck who has over 12 years experience in Property and Pool Management. His goal is to provide a quality personal service at an affordable price. He has a strong customer service attitude, and is willing to go the "extra mile" to keep our customers happy. He is available at any time to answer questions or solve a specific problem you may be having with your pool. He supervises the residential maintenance, by taking a hands-on approach to the service provided.
