Dr. Blank has been a practicing ophthalmologist with the Cleveland Eye Clinic since 1988.

She received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her doctorate in medicine from the University of Tennessee at Memphis. She completed her ophthalmology training at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and became board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology in 1989.

Dr. McGuire joined Cleveland Eye Clinic in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree from Wright State University and his doctorate in medicine from Wright State University School of Medicine.

He completed his ophthalmology training at the University of Tennessee and Miller Eye Center in Chattanooga.

Dr. McGuire is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Waycaster, a native of Athens, joined the Cleveland Eye Clinic in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her doctorate in Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Waycaster completed internships with Campbell, Cunningham & Taylor in Knoxville and Tennesse Eye Center in Harriman.

Dr. Ford joined Cleveland Eye Clinic in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va. He received his medical doctorate from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he completed an internal medicine internship.
