    Clinical Urology Associates is a MONEY BASED practice and how ever much they gouge out of your insurance for the least possible service is what I thought was their primary goal. Follow up after surgery? Since it doesn't pay nearly what the operation did, don't expect much, or in my case ANYTHING! I had a failed prostate microwaving treatment followed by 3 failed prostate operations that did not fix my problem and I ended up having additional surgery by others to fix part of what was caused by a member of this practice (MANISH SHAH)-- Part of my new problems are permanent and I will have to live with them for the rest of my life. If you have major urological trouble, head to Birmingham--that is where I ended up and where I should have gone as soon as the first surgery didn't work.
