Specializing in Alpine Lake Sales and Rentals. Clutter Realty was started in 1985 by Tom Clutter, of Terra Alta, WV who is still active in the business today at age 72. Tom formerly operated a Strout Realty office from 1974 to 1985 before starting Clutter Realty. The business originally located in Terra Alta has been conveniently located across from the entrance to Alpine Lake Resort since 1987.

    We wanted to rent a holiday house this summer, so we looked up what Clutter Realty has to offer. We found a perfect little house in a beautiful environment, and spent a wonderful time there. Thanks to Clutter Realty, we had a very special holiday.
