COLORADO SPRINGS FOOT AND ANKLE CLINIC

Short profile:

The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and Fridays 8:30 to 12:00 P.M. Call for an appointment.

Emergencies occurring during regular office hours are seen as same day appointments. A podiatrist is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies arising after hours or on weekends. Many of these emergencies can be seen and treated in the office.

Detailed description:

Our practice specializes in disease, injuries and surgery of the foot and ankle. These include a wide variety of problems such as corns, calluses, nail diseases, bunion, hammertoes, arch pain, children's foot problems, diabetic foot disease, sports injuries and geriatrics.

Although certain foot problems require surgical correction, many problems can be treated non-surgically. Dr. Gremillion provides Ossatron treatment for heel pain which is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment, requiring no cutting.

Certain foot problems do require surgery and in those cases the results are generally favorable. Minor procedures such as removal of ingrown toenails, warts and the correction of most hammertoe difficulties are performed in-office with local anesthesia.

The majority of all foot and ankle surgeries are outpatient procedures that do not require a hospital stay. More involved surgical procedures might require a hospital visit. In all instances, patient safety and comfort is always our prime concern.
