Detailed description:

Health Check-

Health Checks (well check-ups) are done between the ages of birth to 21 to identify problems early

Services Provided:

Physical Exam, Iron and Urine Testing, Hearing and Vision Testing, Sickle Cell and Lead Testing.

Provided for:

Children birth to 21 years of age.

Non- Medicaid, Medicaid and Peach Care Clients.

BreasTEST & More is a program that provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and follow-up to low income and uninsured Georgia women 40 to 64 years of age. Some younger women with symptoms of breast cancer may also qualify.
