CONDO 1

Condo 1, Inc. was founded in 1993 by real estate agents who believed that condominium owners were being woefully served by the real estate community in general. With the vast majority of agents concentrating on single-family homes, tens of thousands of condominium owners seemed to be getting a distinctly inferior level of service.

Beginning from a small office in the Port Royal Condominium in Old Town Alexandria under the tutelage of John W. Walker (Walker Real Estate), agents who specialized in the luxury high-rise buildings of Rosslyn (e.g., The Atrium and The Belvedere) formed a new corporation whose name highlighted their specialty. In just sixteen years Condo 1 has built a strong following among condominium owners in Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and other areas of Northern Virginia. We also have become the most active real estate brokerage firm in several townhouse communities. In addition, our property management division has grown from managing individual units to small commercial projects.
