Continuous Care Center is licensed as a general acute care hospital. We are a prime example of the new type of health care facility that is dedicated to providing quality acute care to medically complex, chronically or acutely ill patients who often require state-of-the art medical technology.

There are several key differences between a traditional hospital and the acute long-term hospital like Continuous Care Center. CCC traditionally has higher nursing, respiratory, and rehabilitation staff-to-patient ratios

The same interdisciplinary team treats our patients throughout their stay at CCC. Our patients are usually those in transition from another medical environment such as intensive care units, and general acute care. They do not fit the usual critical pathway and strict DRG guidelines of the traditional hospital.

Our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers provide a full range of acute and rehabilitative services. Our 28-bed hospital is located on the 4th floor of St. John Medical Center, serving the greater Tulsa metropolitan area.
