Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center Ansonia services are

Ansonia Counseling Services:

Individual and group outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse services.

Hours of Operation:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5 pm; Wednesday from 8 am - 7 pm; Friday from 8 am - 1 pm.

The Center is open to all, young and old, with insurance or without.

CS-HHC Ansonia requests patients make appointments so there is little or no waiting in our office. If you are sick, just call, and staff will try to schedule a same-day appointment.

CS-HHC Ansonia will always try to give you an appointment with your provider. From time to time you may see another provider if yours is on vacation or booked up.

There is a doctor on call 24 hours. If you call CS-HHC Ansonia at night or during the weekend, the answering service will contact the doctor on call for you.

We accept most insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, General Assistance and HUSKY. If you're unemployed or uninsured, our sliding fee scale and state grants will make health care available to you and your children.

Specialty Care:

As long as you give your specialist permission to talk to us, your CS-HHC Ansonia provider will coordinate your care.

CS-HHC Ansonia does lab work right in our clinic.

CS-HHC Ansonia is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm on Monday and Wednesday, and 8:30 am to 5 pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
