Ms. Farrell is the director of CFTI and has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Ms. Farrell is a Masters level clinician and is a State Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction counselor. Her specialty has been in alcohol and drug recovery. Sandra is a compassionate and knowledgeable counselor. She offers counseling on a sliding scale so that most individuals can afford to get the help they want. Her main goals are that the services offered meet the client's immediate and long-term needs.
