Service is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

CRITTER COACH is owned and operated by Dennis Money, a 28-year veteran of the animal care industry with extensive experience in animal care and treatment, animal anatomy, surgical assistance, and animal hospital management. Recognizing the challenges pet owners and animal hospitals face when it comes to moving pets from one location to another, prompted Dennis to launch CRITTER COACH-a service designed to transport both healthy and sick or injured pets.

Our staff is made up of caring and experienced animal lovers who take pride in the timely pick-up, safe travel, and prompt delivery of your pet. All of our vehicles are climate controlled and come equipped with padded crates and species appropriate heat sources for your pet's comfort and safety during transport. Each vehicle is also equipped with telephone communication in case of emergency.

CRITTER COACH provides transportation services for domestic and exotic pets in Raleigh and the central Wake County area of North Carolina. All pets are crated or otherwise secured in the vehicle for their safety and the safety of our drivers. All vehicles are climate controlled and safety inspected for your pet’s comfort and safety.

Pet Taxi Services for healthy pets needing:

a ride to the vet (for general checkups); a ride to the groomer; a ride to boarding; or a ride for an across town visit to a friend or pet-sitter's home.

Our Emergency/Medical Transport* (EMT) Service supports sick and injured animals needing transport assistance to a veterinary facility, and animals already under the care of a veterinarian who need transportation home or to another animal hospital or clinic. Padded crates and special handling equipment is available to insure your pets comfort during transport. EMT Services are available to a 75-mile radius around the N. Raleigh area (see map below) and are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
