CROWN GROUP

The Crown Group, Inc. is a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm founded in 1984 by Mark Lambert and Craig Whitehead, former executives at Rubloff Inc. Since its inception, the firm has orchestrated the development of projects totaling over $495 million in value. Projects have included mid-rise and single story office buildings, both speculative and build-to-suit; retail projects ranging from strip centers to community centers with a preponderance of grocery and drug store build-to-suits, and lastly, a mix of manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

At The Crown Group, Inc., the importance of forming long-term relationships with clients and maintaining "hands-on", direct involvement with each project is stressed. As a result of this philosophy, the organization has grown by the careful addition of individuals who complement and enhance the development team. To expand its services and further its ability to control the quality of services, The Crown Group, Inc. entered into property management with the formation of TCG Management, Inc. in the fall of 1988.
