Cuhaci & Peterson is a nationally recognized firm of over 90 people offering architectural, SMEP engineering and planning services on a variety of project types. Our structure of four independent studios gives us the ability to provide the high level of expertise, geographic range and stability of a “large” firm but also the outstanding personal attention and service like that of a 20 person team. Each studio strives to provide personalized service for each client with the focused knowledge, familiarity and confidentiality of a much “smaller” firm.

During 2009, we are celebrating our 30th year of our Orlando business. We would like to thank each and every client that helped us along the way!! Whether a small tenant interior build out or a major mixed use town center, our goal is to provide great design, accurate detailing and quality service. Our structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers offer clients a full complement of services. Each department works with our in-house architects, as well as with clients directly, to develop solutions to the full range of systems. We balance initial cost against operating expenses to achieve the clients’ preferred life-cycle cost-benefit ratio.

Even though C&P is experienced with digital media often the best way of “thinking through” a design challenge and presenting those thoughts is pen in hand. We are proud to have a high level of traditional design skills and over 35 years of combined experience within the company.

Most projects pass through the experienced hands of our design department- whether it’s creating the concept for a multi-million dollar hotel or lifestyle center, or selecting the final paint color scheme for a small remodel.
