For the last 15 years, CWS has had the exclusive contract to market and sell personal and real property for the U.S. Treasury Department which includes the U. S. Customs Service, IRS and Secret Service. CWS was recently awarded a new ten-year contract to sell real estate for the U.S. Treasury Department. Over the past two decades, CWS has been involved in the sale of thousands of real properties valued in excess of one billion dollars.
