Detailed description:

Dalmik Well Drilling was established in 1987 by Michael Toutant. The name originated from the combination of Dale (Michael's son) and Michael's names, forming Dale-mike or Dalmik. But the history goes back a lot further than 1987.

Michael was practically born on a well-drilling rig and grew up in the industry. The day he was born in 1957, his father, Roland Toutant, bought his first well-drilling rig. Calling himself Toutant Well Drilling, Roland learned the business from the ground up. Understanding the need for additional services not available in the industry as of yet, Roland originated and operated the company known as Numa Tool and partnered with Frank Laframboise in a well-drilling company called Laframboise and Toutant.

Parting ways with Frank Laframboise, Roland eventually continued drilling water wells under the name of Toutant Well Drilling, while still operating Numa Tool for over 20 years. This company not only drilled wells, but also designed and manufactured the well-drilling bits and other equipment necessary for the operation of the drilling industry. Michael stood alongside his father every step of the way, adding his own skill and expertise, helping in the design and manufacturing of the drilling bits and other necessary tools.

Roland Toutant sold Numa Tool in 1985, but not before purchasing A & W Well Drilling. Michael Toutant took over the Connecticut branch of A & W Well Drilling in 1986, but eliminated the branch when he established Dalmik Well Drilling. Roland sold A & W Well Drilling while it was still successful in 1998, and now pursues other interests. Michael continues to provide excellent service in the well drilling industry and considers his father a great resource. With Michael and his father's experience in the industry, we feel our company can handle all your water well quantity and quality needs.
