Dena Davis, Listing Agent: Realtor and principal in the firm. Responsible for evaluating and pricing properties, meeting with sellers and marketing properties, communicating with sellers on a weekly basis, negotiating contracts, representing the property on property tour.

Monte also handles the investment real estate part of the business. Monte is also instrumental in helping us overcome any issues that may arise from the inspection reports. Monte has relationships with vendors that handle any type of repair issue that may interfere with the sale of your home.

Amie Portis – Realtor: She knows the Austin Market. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, you may be introduced to Amie. Amie will evaluate your needs and locate properties that fit your criteria. She will accompany you to property showings that are likely to meet your needs. She will identify problems or issues so that you can make an informed decision. She will advise you on how to structure an appropriate offer that is in tune with the current market. She presents your offer to the seller and/or seller's agent and negotiates on your behalf. She will refer you to one of our preferred lenders in order to secure financing on your next home. Amie will attend your closing and refer you to trusted vendors ( movers, attorneys, home improvement vendors).
