Charles E. Davis is a senior partner and head of the Transactional Department of the Firm. Mr. Davis is AV rated and is a member of the Arizona State Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation Law; Real Property Law; Probate Law; Business and Banking Law) and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Davis has many years experience with start up and growing businesses, including dot coms and e-commerce, and draws on his depth of business and tax knowledge in addition to his legal expertise.
