DAYTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

The purpose of the corporation is to promote community improvement and economic development within the City and the State of Texas and the public welfare of, for and on behalf of the City by developing, implementing, providing, and financing projects under the Act and as defined in Section 4B of the Act; and for all other purposes allowed by law as permitted by the Development Corporation Act as it now exists or is hereafter amended.
