Broker-Owner Justin Dean established Dean & DeWitt Property Management in 2003 in response to his

commercial customers who had purchased investment/income properties in St Petersburg, and who wanted

to continue the relationship of trust that was formed between broker and client.

based on the individual needs of our clients; and to provide responsive service to all tenants.

Dean & DeWitt Property Management enjoys the business of repeat customers;

many own multiple properties in the St Petersburg area. Others own single family

residences and have made the business decision to lease.
