DeAngelis Architectural Services, LLC is an established full-service architectural planning and design firm. We are a mid-sized, service-oriented office whose goal is to assist our clients to accomplish projects through smart, functional planning, innovative design and development of socially and environmentally responsible solutions.

Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of commercial, institutional and residential projects throughout Westchester County, New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. These projects have included new construction, additions, renovations, office interiors and adaptive re-use projects in both urban and suburban locations.

In addition to providing comprehensive architectural design services during all phases of a project, we offer a broad spectrum of related professional services including: building surveys, assessments and legalizations of existing structures; feasibility studies; master plans; zoning analyses; project budgeting and phasing; 3-D modeling and renderings; and, marketing and fundraising materials.
