Weekdays: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sundays: Noon to 6 p.m.

Each DMH medical clinic located in a Walmart store is owned and operated by DMH. DMH is unaffiliated with Walmart. Walmart does not employ any health care professionals or exercise any control over the provision of health care services at the DMH clinics.

Special Services Provided: The Clinic at Walmart operated by Decatur Memorial Hospital provides fast, affordable access to basic health care services such as check-ups, immunizations, screenings and minor injuries. Treating patients ages 18 months and older.

Medical Services Provided: Family Practice.

Appointments: Walk-In Clinic - No Appointment Necessary.
