Derby is an independent company specializing in web-based decision support and automated data collection software and services for the electronics manufacturing industry. As a spin-off from Hewlett-Packard's Manufacturing Test Division (now Agilent Technologies), the Company's skills and expertise are deeply rooted around electronics manufacturing and the test workcell, which has enabled the company to become the leading supplier of automated data collection links to commercial testers.

Derby On-Demand is a subscription-based service that combines Derby’s web-based software technology and industry-proven expertise to provide decision support and data collection Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) via the Internet.
