DIAMOND GYMNASTICS, DANCE & CHEER

Diamond Cheer offers a wonderful recreational cheerleading program for new

and experienced cheerleaders, ranging from 3-18 years old. We work with

athletes of all skill levels to enhance their performance and increase their

competitiveness. Building flexibility, technique, and strength are stressed in this

class. We teach proper techniques for motions, jumps, dance, stunting, and

tumbling. We will be working on back handsprings. This is the perfect class to

prepare your athlete for competitive cheer and/or high school tryouts.

Diamond Academy offers a number of different

dance classes for anyone ages 3 to adult. We pride

ourselves on keeping our classes fun, yet

disciplined. We offer contemporary choreography

that’s strong in technique, and we strive to keep our

dancing age-appropriate. With so many classes to

choose from, we have a dance class that suits

everyone.The Diamond recreational gymnastic program is a

great way to keep your children active and smiling!

Children not only learn gymnastics skills to help

them for many things such as, gymnastics team, cheerleading, flexibility, athletic coordination, and

for fun, but they also make great friends with their

classmates and their instructors. Classes are

available for preschool, beginners, intermediate, and

advanced students. Students wear a gymnastics

leotard or just comfortable clothing; however, no

jeans should be worn. Students will be barefoot in

the gym to prevent slipping.
