Louisiana Endoscopy Center was founded in 1990, and since then, has evolved into a first-class outpatient facility that specializes in colorectal cancer screening and caring for patients with various gastrointestinal disorders. It is a state licensed and Medicare certified facility.

Conveniently located in the Digestive Health Center of Louisiana, this ambulatory surgery center performs more than 30, 000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures each year, and takes pride providing unparalleled quality care for each patient.

Our practice covers the entire range of gastrointestinal disorders, including:

Celiac Sprue, Colon Cancer, Esophageal Disorders, Gallbladder & Biliary Tract Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Liver Disease, Hemmorhoids, Pancreatic Disease, Reflux Disease (GERD), Ulcers.

In addition, our physicians perform a variety of procedures:

Capsule Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Diagnostic & Therapeutic Endoscopy, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Endoscopic Ultrasound, Esophageal Dilatation, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Hemorrhoid Banding, Manometry/pH Probe, Paracentesis, PEG insertions and PEG tube changes, Polypectomy, Small Bowel Enteroscopy.

Some of these procedures are performed in the clinic, but many are scheduled on an outpatient basis at Louisiana Endoscopy Center. Our goal is to keep you as comfortable as safely possible during your procedure. Patients receive sedation for most of the procedures we perform.
