Diversified Radiology of Colorado, P.C. was founded in 1927 by Dr. Kenneth D. A. Allen. Dr. Allen established the cornerstone mission of the medical group: Quality Patient Care—a commitment that remains resolutely a priority over these many decades.

We are a team of top-tiered radiologists dedicated to the utmost medical care by ensuring that each radiologist concentrates exclusively on their individual specialties for which they have pursued additional training. Some of the specialties within the practice include: Neuro, Body, Cardiac, Vascular, Pediatric, Breast, Nuclear/PET and Musculoskeletal Imaging—the majority have been published in leading medical journals. This differs from other groups that require their radiologists to interpret radiographs across the board. The group is insistent that they achieve and maintain a standard of care that surpasses the expectation of its affiliates and patients.

Diversified Radiology of Colorado, P.C. is the result of merging three well known and respected radiology groups. In August of 1996, Diversified Radiology joined with Metropolitan Radiologists who served Mercy, Avista, North Suburban Medical Center and Platte Valley Medical Center. In 1997 we merged with Western Radiologists who served Exempla St. Joseph Hospital. The resulting group collectively known as Diversified Radiology of Colorado provides unprecedented specialty expertise across a large geographic area.
