Donegal Crossing is a decent community. The people are usually pretty friendly. There are many children for your children to socialize with. There is a pool, playground, and club house/ gym for your use. The townhouses are very spacious and efficient. As said before, the maintenance personnel is the downside of this community. The man that is head of maintenance (and possible the only maintenance personnel) of the community is very rude and seems to be quite lazy. It takes him weeks to get to any repair in the community, and once he does get there, the quality of work is very poor. Instead of replacing broken items, these items are rigged temporarily until they can get fixed right. Which they never do get fixed right. We moved in with dirty carpets, half painted walls and ceilings, knobs broke off of doors, running toilets, leaking faucets, doors with holes patched with stucco, railings that are loose or never fixed properly, ect, ect... This man is also known to "hit on" or "flirt" with single and married female renters even though he is a married family man. So, yes, the maintenance man seems to be one the few drawbacks to this community. I recommend Donegal Crossing if you can tolerate the maintenance and its personnel.
