  I have been with Dr. Eberhard for 35 years (crimeny, am I that old?) and I feel so comfortable and welcome in their hospital that if they are busy I often say "I'm in no rush," and I go read a magazine and watch the dogs that are visiting, LOL. I see other Vets if Dr Eberhard is on vacation but he is my A+-#1 choice. If I am pressed for time, the front staff does everything they can to get me in and out but Dr. Eberhard NEVER rushes me. They aren't the cheapest place in town (I think because another Vet left the partnership and sold his share to that huge Vet Corp.) but whatever they charge I'll pay. Dr. Eberhard is SO kind with my animals, compassionate with me and respectful of my budget. He gives options and explanations for diagnostics AND for treatment.
