In 1994, R.W. Jones & Sons, Inc. formed Elmendorf Precast, LTD. and sought the experience of Robert L. Satterwhite. Mr. Satterwhite knowledge of precast concrete construction spans over 3 decades. Mr. Satterwhite and his prior team of designers and technicians have developed over 3000 precast projects to include office buildings, shopping centers, detention centers, mini-storage facilities and a variety of specialty precast projects.

With Elmendorf Precast, LTD. you have fewer problems. We accomplish this by using a proven sequence that results in a faster and more economical project completion. Changes during the design or construction phases of the project are not a problem. We work closely with your design team and building process providing advice and support. Our construction methodology allows you to make the changes or adapt the design with fewer coordination problems while keeping costs to a minimum.

We offer several amenities including design/development services, engineering shop drawings, and erection of our products.

OUR FACILITY:

The precast division maintains 25, 000 square feet of cast pad space in San Antonio, Texas and 15, 000 square feet of cast area in Corpus Christi, Texas. This allows Elemdorf Precast, LTD, to offer its customers an economical precast system in any region of the Southern United States with a bonding capacity ranging in the millions.

Elemdorf Precast, LTD has the capability of undertaking large construction contracts with no financial risk to the general contractor or owner. A recent undertaking was the completion of the Reeves County Detention Center in Pecos, Texas with precast contract amount of $2.2 million.
