Our staff, our residents, and their families and friends are all equally important members of the Emeritus team. We strive to instill in all team members a sincere belief that their individual contributions are important to our residents’ well being – and to the success of our organization.

By enabling our residents to enjoy daily events that are both familiar and pleasurable based on their Life Story, by providing a relationship-based care plan, and by using multi-sensory experiences such as our unique life stations, we are able to join their journey through the various stages of the disease.

Emeritus believes that customer satisfaction and peace of mind are the greatest contributions we can make to our residents and their families. It is our goal to continually exceed the expectations of our residents, families, and employees by immediately addressing issues in a professional manner and constantly striving to deliver the highest level of customer value through exceptional quality service.

Some residents require higher levels of assistance due to Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory loss disorders. For these seniors, we offer an innovative program called Join Their Journey. Our goal is to get to know each resident and his or her family, so that we can offer the right support for every stage of the disease. Through this approach, we recognize individuality, encourage choices and help residents maintain their dignity by creating a safe, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
