Our facility, designed solely for the provision of specialized rehabilitative care, is the only freestanding acute rehabilitation hospital serving northern Colorado. Our hospital provides rehabilitative services for patients with functional deficits as a result of debilitating illnesses, or injuries. Through our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, we help patients recover quickly and return home with a renewed sense of self-sufficiency.

Inpatient Services:

Stroke (CVA), Spinal cord injury, Amputation, Major multiple trauma, Fracture of femur, Brain injury, Neurological disorders, Active polyarthritis or severe or

advanced osteoarthritis, Knee and/or hip joint replacement, Orthopedic dysfunction, Outpatient services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The following specialized programs will be offered, as well as additional programs as needs are identified:

Aquatic Therapy, Arthritis Program, Lymphedema Treatment Program, Neurological Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
