We believe we are selling a retail product to our customers. We are not in the real estate business, but rather in the sales business. The managers are taught that they are in charge of a store, not a site. We have customers, not tenants, and we are not landlords, but retailers. Finally, the managers are taught that customer service must be obvious. As our final step, a careful review of revenues and expenses will be ongoing. A line-by-line analysis at all levels will be reported, analyzed and agreed upon on a frequent basis.
