EXECUTIVE HEALTH & SPORTS CENTER

The Executive Health and Sports Center has been a fitness leader for over 30 years and is considered the best facility in Southern, NH.

The club offers two fitness rooms, one on the upper level and the second on the lower level.

The upper level fitness room boasts a wide variety of new cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, treadclimbers, stairmasters and stepmills, ellipticals, Expresso bikes, Lifefitness stationary and recumbent bikes. Cardio theater is available on most equipment so bring a set of headphones to enjoy your favorite show! The upper fitness center also contains a full line of Nautilus equipment, free weights and a functional training and stretching area.

The lower fitness room holds a vast majority of free weights and selectorized strength training equipment including Freemotion, Cybex, Hammer Strength and Nautilus. The lower center has fully equipped training areas for functional and athletic based training and conditioning. Training with bands, tubing, Balance discs, medicine and BOSU balls will bring workouts to the next level for the beginner or advanced exerciser! Treadmills, step-mills and elipticals are also located in the lower level center.
