What makes us different? As Building Designers, we look at our projects differently. The projects we specialize in are buildings used for manufacturing, fabrication, warehouses, offices, mercantile, and similar uses. This makes them different in that they don’t need to meet the aesthetic criteria required for some buildings. Although we will maintain a certain amount of exterior aesthetics, we place our emphasis primarily on: 1) meeting our client's practical needs; 2) properly utilizing the site; 3) using the least costly building system; 4) obtaining the lowest operating and maintenance cost; 5)and the building withstanding the demands placed upon it in every day use. Since we specialize in Industrial and Commercial building design, we have the experience, knowledge, skill, professional drafters, and access to professional engineering consultants, required to translate your building criteria into a set of construction documents that will make your project a reality.
