Detailed description:
Montgomery Inn Catering provides heavy-duty disposable plates, napkins, plastic ware, serving utensils, bibs and wet naps for all caterings and deliveries. For delivery or pick-up, the food is packaged bulk, (“buffet-style”) and sent in disposable foil containers for your convenience.
We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time for a delivery with the food fresh, hot and ready to serve. We will assist you with set up, and although we do not provide chafing dishes for deliveries, we do have them for sale or rent.
If you choose full service catering, we will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time. In addition to paper and plastic ware we will provide buffet tables, chafing dishes, sterno and linen for our buffet tables. We will serve your guests as they come through the buffet line and provide general clean up after the meal. Please speak with your sales manager if you require any additional linens, china, or audio visual equipment.
