Phil Howard Construction has a reputation for being pickier than the customer. This makes us take longer, and work with more care, than most in the same field. Because work is by fixed contract and not hourly, the customer does not begrudge the extra time spent to do the job right.
Exterior Painting is our summer specialty. Years of experience (since 1981) gives us the edge dealing with "problem" areas. Our paint stays on! Deck staining and house staining are also done in the summer months converting old weathered wood into beauty again.
Interior Painting is not as seasonal and so is available through the whole year. We can follow your unique designs or color changes and leave you smiling.
Kitchen and Bath Remodeling is available all year long. We work with you so that your design and your budget meet. Our Bids are set unchangable prices that will only cost exactly as seen on the contract. There are no variable or hidden costs. Additional requests may be negotiated at any time during the process.
Vinyl Windows (double pane) are a great replacement for those old single pane windows. Energy efficiency is greatly enhanced by eliminating drafty single pane windows. We replace windows with a minimum of disturbance.
We build Decks. From the simple to the complex with stairs and rails, we can make your yard usable.
Fences of pressure treated frames and cedar board or fences of chain link are installed with gates to enclose comfortably or stylishly.

HathawayPainted the downstairs walls and one accent wall. Did a great job and a good price. Finished the job in 2 days but didn't sacrifice quality. We were comfortable leaving them in our house, which is very important. I would recommend them to others.
