First, required payment in advance, should have known that was a red flag... we have been waiting for almost 3 months, still no blinds, no nothing, no phone calls ever answered, be warned.. do not use Showcase Shutters ever, they go under other names too, so be careful.8 months ago

worst company ever! do not trust a word these guys say, they will take your money and then take months to bring you shutters if ever! they offer a so called "lifetime" warranty although when they finally brought my shutters 6 months late they installed some shutters that didn't fit because apparently they don't know how to do their job....i called over 20 times with promises of them showing up to fix my cracking shutters that the just installed with them never actually coming until they finally stopped humoring me at all by not answering my phone calls. i'm going to take them to court and i hope everyone else who im sure they have s.... over does the same thing! people like this should not be in business or repopulating the planet5/2/2012
