I can assist clients with wills and other estate planning, and probate, including probate dispute resolution and litigation.

I represent plaintiffs in actions against school districts or educational institutions. I have represented both teachers and students, in issues ranging from discrimination and wrongful termination to contract disputes.

I am qualified as both a general and family mediator, and am registered with the Minnesota Supreme Court. I enjoy helping people resolve their disputes and come up with creative solutions to problems. My mediation practice covers most areas of law, including family law, divorce, probate, will contests, and business matters.
