The Urology Center For Women is a unique medical center which focuses on urological problems of women. While most urology clinics emphasize treatment of bladder and kidney problems of men and women, our mission is to assess and treat urological, urogynecological, and related pelvic disorders unique to women.
We merge the principles and techniques of urology and gynecology to provide a specialty in the practice of female pelvic medicine, female urology and urogynecology.
Detailed description:
The Center provides progressive, office-based evaluation and instruction in urodynamics, pelvic floor rehabilitation, diagnostic ultrasound and endoscopy. Following appropriate investigation, we provide in the office minimally invasive treatments of urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse. The Center also utilizes both progressive, open surgical techniques and state-of-the-art laparoscopic procedures to treat problems which require complex surgical reconstruction for renal, ureteral, bladder and vaginal disorders.
