Diabetes Management Center Hours: 8:00-5:00 (M-F). We provide comprehensive diabetes self-management education based on theAmerican Diabetes Association's National Standards. Our center has received the American Diabetes Association Education Recognition Certificate for our quality diabetes self-managment education program. Our comprehensive program consists of an individual assessment by a nurse educator, followed by group classes provided by certified diabeteseducators (registered nurse and registered dietitian).

The Diabetes Self-Management Education Program of Augusta Health specializes in the care and education for individuals with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes. The program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Managed Education.
