A complete blood count (CBC) provides important information about the kinds and numbers of cells in the blood, especially red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. A CBC helps your health professional evaluate symptoms and diagnose conditions. The CBC and differential are a series of tests of the blood that provides a tremendous amount of information about the body's immune system. A CBC routinely includes RBC, WBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelet count among others. Both a urinalysis and a complete blood count provides an excellent indication of a person’s overall health. It is very rare that something can be going on in the body and it does not show up in the blood or the urine.

Hepatitis C is a virus that infects the liver. In time, it can lead to permanent liver damage as well as cirrhosis, liver cancer, and liver failure. Many people do not know that they have hepatitis C until they already have some liver damage. This can take many years. Some people who get hepatitis C have it for a short time and then get better. This is called acute hepatitis C. But most people who are infected with the virus go on to develop long-term, or chronic, hepatitis C. What Causes Hepatitis C Infection? Hepatitis C is caused by the hepatitis C virus. It is spread from one person's infected blood to another person's blood. What are the symptoms? Many people have no symptoms when they are first infected with the hepatitis C virus. If you do develop symptoms, they are usually very similar to the symptoms for hepatitis B. Hepatitis C Core Antibody Test This antibody appears approximately 1 month after infection with HBsAg and declines over several years.

Human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, is the virus that causes acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). The virus weakens a person's ability to fight infections and cancer. Because an STD can be symptom free, do not assume that you or your partner are not infected just because you do not have any symptoms. An STD can be present for years before they become symptomatic, so the only way to know for sure if you or your partner has an STD is to get an STD test. Our mission is not just to provide fast, convenient and confidential testing to our clients, but to be the people you can rely and depend on to answer your questions, address your concerns, and be there for you when you need us. We are and strive to be the best full-service testing facility around. Our counselors are the best educated and trained in the industry and will help you every step of the way. We are here for you.
