Applied Signal Technology equipment is designed and manufactured with high reliability as the predominant goal. Should you need warranty or service support, you can be assured that we will respond as quickly as possible to meet your needs. The following information will assist you in processing the repair of your unit. The standard warranty on AST products is 12 months after receipt of the equipment. If a product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge. After the initial 12-month manufacturer warranty period expires, repairs made will be charged on a time and materials basis. An initial fee of $1, 000 to $3, 000 will be charged to assess the unit, and the customer will be advised regarding repair costs prior to the work being performed. All out-of-warranty repairs are invoiced based on required parts, labor, and shipping charges.

Looney Labs was founded in 1996, when Kristin and Andrew Looney dissolved Icehouse Games, our original game company (and Geronimo! Industries, our even-smaller holiday gift publishing enterprise) in order to form a new company, Looney Labs.
