Our hot-pressed red grapes assure you of the highest quality red wines. All juices except Peach and Strawberry are standardized at 21 percent sugar, unless they are naturally higher, then they are left alone. All acids and pH levels are posted for your convenience.

Members of the Southern California Fruit Exchange needed a steady supply of reasonably priced box shook for their wooden shipping crates, but most of the box shook manufacturers were operating what amounted to a cartel. Joining forces through the Exchange, citrus growers began working with small independent mills in Northern California to get the shook they needed. FGS has been in the business of supplying the agricultural industry with the tools, materials, and services needed to grow, harvest and pack their crops for over 100 years.
