The idea of building a clinic for a group of doctors in downtown Hutchinson was a novel idea in 1959. There were only a handful of such facilities in Kansas. Hutchinson Clinic was founded in 1959 by five physicians, with the addition of two more in 1960. In 1961 these seven physicians and 25 employees occupied the first Clinic facility located at 12th and Main.

The Hutchinson Clinic Pharmacy offers prescriptions with drug information and counseling, including a complete line of brand name and generic pharmaceuticals along with some non-prescription products, all competitively priced. The Pharmacy is located on the south side of the Clinic with a convenient drive-thru window. You may charge all products using Visa or MasterCard. We also offer free delivery within the city limits and mail order where we pay the postage.

The Physical Therapy Department at the Hutchinson Clinic treats clients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions upon physician referral. The department also accepts referral from non-Clinic physicians. The department is staffed by one full time Physical Therapist by the name of Mark Hall. Treatment programs are developed in consultation with physicians and may include physical modalities, therapeutic exercise instruction, work reconditioning programs, hydrotherapy, and home exercise instruction. The department equipment includes Cybex strengthening and aerobic conditioning equipment, as well as physical modalities such as heat, ice, ultrasound, traction, electrical stimulation, and massage.
