We aim to provide each client with a treatment plan that is individually tailored, and blends the flexibility and structure necessary to treat substance use and other compulsive behavior issues as well as other problems (e.g., anxiety, depression, marital dissatisfaction). In addition to CMC individual and group services, we provide clients at all stages of treatment with referral options for psychiatric / medication consultation as well as inpatient treatment services. CMC provides services to adults and adolescents. In addition, the families and significant others of clients are often invited into the process, as they can be critical in helping our clients develop a truly supportive social network.

The goal of the Military program offered by Peak Behavioral Health Services is to meet the needs of the soldier/patient, as required by their Command Program. Personal values, integrity and resiliency are promoted in all activities provided by the Peak. The 28-day program is designed for the recovery of drug and alcohol abuse. Each patient is required to attend and participate in all groups, activities, individual sessions and onsite 12-step meetings. Group sessions address substance abuse/dependency and introduce the recovery process. Positive coping skills, substance abuse education, and relapse prevention are included in group topics. Individual session of EMDR is offered to address post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Adjunctive therapies are implemented daily; these include the ROPES Course and daily exercise with a skilled trainer. These activities offer healthy support during the healing process and provide a safe environment for team building within the group.
